1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged or Defective Products:
    • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, you may return it.
  2. Incorrect Product Delivered:
    • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you may request a return.
  3. Product Expiry:
    • If the product delivered is near or past its expiry date, it is eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products purchased under special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective).
  • Products not in their original packaging.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • A return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for:
    1. Damaged, defective, or incorrect products returned within the allowed timeframe.
    2. Canceled orders (if canceled before shipping).
Refund Process
  1. For Prepaid Orders:
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank account, or wallet).
    • Processing time: 7-10 business days after the return is approved.
  2. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders:
    • Refunds will be initiated to your provided bank account (or wallet), and we may request your bank details for the process.

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).


4. Cancellation Policy

  1. Before Shipping:
    • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
  2. After Shipping:
    • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you may request a return under the conditions listed above.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, follow these steps:
