  • Free Shipping: Rozbella offers free shipping on all domestic orders above ₹999.
  • COD Payments: This free shipping policy is also applicable to Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

For orders below ₹999, standard shipping charges will apply, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing and Dispatch

We understand that prompt delivery is important to you, and we make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is accepted, we aim to dispatch the product within 2-4 business days, barring any unforeseen delays.

Please note:

  • Dispatch Time: Products will be dispatched within 2-4 business days of accepting the order.
  • Delivery Timeline: After dispatch, delivery is typically completed within 8-10 business days, depending on your location.
  • In some cases, the dispatch time may be longer due to factors such as product availability or customization requests. Any such delay will be communicated to you either on the product page or through direct communication from Rozbella.

3. Delivery Methods

We partner with reputable courier services like Blue Dart, FedEx, Delhivery, and others to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. However, for remote or smaller locations where these couriers may not provide service, additional delivery time may be required. In such cases, we may use alternative courier services, which may add 2-4 business days to the expected delivery time.

4. Delivery Notification and Tracking

Upon dispatch of your order, we will send you a notification email or SMS with your tracking details, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey to your address. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at the time of purchase is correct, as this is the address to which your package will be delivered.

5. Non-Delivery Claims

Once the product is confirmed as delivered by the courier service, we will send you a delivery confirmation message. If you do not receive the package within the confirmed time frame, please notify us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation. We will investigate the issue, and if necessary, take appropriate action.

After this period, Sandeepan Ayurvedic Pharmacy will not be responsible for non-delivery claims.

6. Delayed Delivery

In the event that shipment dispatch is delayed due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as natural disasters, political disruptions, or strikes, we will notify you via the contact details provided. While we will make our best efforts to avoid such delays, Sandeepan Ayurvedic Pharmacy shall not be held liable for any resulting delay in delivery.

7. Receipt of Damaged Goods

We take utmost care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, if the packaging appears visibly damaged upon delivery, you are required to:

  • Note the Damage: Please add a comment on the delivery receipt regarding the visible damage.
  • Do Not Sign: If the product inside is visibly damaged, kindly do not sign the receipt and contact us immediately.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product to be eligible for replacement or refund. Once the delivery receipt is signed without any comments regarding the damage, Rozbella is no longer liable for any claims related to damaged goods.

8. Address Modifications

Once an order has been placed, changes to the shipping address are generally not allowed. However, if you need to update the delivery address, please contact us immediately, and we will make our best effort to accommodate your request. Please note that address changes may result in additional processing time or delay in delivery.

9. Customer Responsibility

Upon receipt of the product, please inspect the items immediately for any defects or damage. Any issues should be reported to Rozbella within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to notify us within this time frame will render the product ineligible for return or exchange due to damage.
